The Special Events committee is devoted to participation in programs and happenings in and around West Palm Beach as well as creating a larger sense of community in the South End. Special Events are all about FUN! See what we are up to and sign up to help. The more the merrier! Contact:

Recent events:

• Meet & Greet at Goodwill Industries. 5400 S. Dixie Highway. Wednesday October 25th, 6pm.
• 3rd Annual Marathon of the Palm Beaches Wacky Water station contest, December, 2006. We won AGAIN! See the photo gallery for all the fun.
• October 6th, 2006. Meet and Greet at Run and Roll! Pizza and beer and fun had by all.
• April 7th, 2006. Meet and Greet your neighbors at Chelsea Home Furnishings and Sahara Dreams. 6-8pm 4916 S. Dixie Highway.
• 2nd Annual Neighborhood Celebration! Sunday April 30th, 2006. South Olive Park 2-6pm. Free food and fun for the whole family.
• Clematis by Night February 23rd, 2006 in downtown West Palm Beach, running the beer truck.
• Participation in the 2nd annual Marathon of the Palm Beaches Wacky Water Station contest, December 2005. SENA won the Wackiest water station award for the 2nd year in a row!!
• Our first annual Neighborhood Celebration on Sunday, February 20th, 2005 at South Olive Park was a great success. Great turn out and fun had by all!
• WINNERS!!!! Recipient of the $1,000 award for Wackiest Water Station in the inaugural Marathon of the Palm Beaches, November 2004 and 2nd Marathon of the Palm Beaches, December 2006. Way to go South End!!!
